Hi,
This is a recent solo piece made in the UK called Phraseology: https://vimeo.com/robertappleton/review ... 9a6b95dd48
I've been working on this software for 5 years now. It's called Vortex, and it's about combining visual, aural and textual elements into a single artform. Here I'm playing piano and drum sounds and combining them with imagery which I also make in the moment. Video of water pools and sunlight are reduced to lines and their motion is influenced by the sound, while I alter the way they look and the order in which they're played. The software is made with Max/MSP. I use a MacBook Pro with external track pads to process and interpolate the sounds and images together.
I'm ready now to start doing something with The LCC and tonal gravity. If any of you are interested in helping with this, let me know. Sandy Williams recorded some scales a couple of years ago which I used for a performance in Barcelona.

Very interesting ML. It already sounds like what I'm doing.
I saw it last night and went to look for it a moment ago on FreeJazzInstitute and the site seems to be down.
Could you upload the sheet music here or on 4shared?
And actually, it would be great (and much safer) to have your links here - if you're able to do that.
Thank you!

Thank you. These are great. Sending you an email request for the Sibelius file and will post more here as we go along...
